Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed, but typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes Northeast Corner - Boutique Cigars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Damages Northeast Corner - Boutique Cigars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Currency All transactions are processed in the currency displayed on our website.
  • Refunds and Cancellations All sales are final. However, if there is an error with your order or if you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue.

Return Process

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not be used or tampered with.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
